Zachariah Walker diary, 1850-1851.

Diary of an overland trip driving cattle to northern California and a return by boat via Panama. Diary entries mention the wagon train, Indians, a cholera outbreak, seasickness, etc. The diary is accompanied by a typed transcription prepared in 1998 by Richard L. Rieck of entries pertaining to the overland trip and a list of names mentioned in the diary.
